Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to avoid processing delays.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
